“kind, gentle, and thoughtful”

“Allison is a fabulous yoga instructor. She is very kind, gentle, and thoughtful. I am 8 months pregnant and I told her that my hips, back, and thighs were sore. She led me in a series of low impact stretches. Everything felt great for my body and was just what I needed. I felt more energized and less cramped after our session. Allison also continued to check in with me throughout the class and make sure that I was comfortable. There were a few things that were more challenging for me and she never made me feel bad about it. Instead, she took it as an opportunity to compliment how hard I was working and give me some new poses. I can’t wait for my new session with Allison!”

“Effervescent, motivating, and calming”

“Today’s yoga class was. a fantastic and necessary break from the day while working from home. Allison was effervescent, motivating, and calming. Her teaching style is suitable and easy to follow for all levels, especially for me as a beginner to yoga. I truly appreciated the focus on stretching, especially from all of the setting we do each day. I felt the strengthening and focus on my core muscles as well.
